SHIPPING POLICY

Article 1 — Delivery Area

We deliver to metropolitan France and to countries within the European Union.

Article 2 — Processing Times

Orders are processed within 48 business hours (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed over the weekend are processed the following Monday.

Article 3 — Delivery Times

Delivery times are those applied by Colissimo (La Poste) depending on the destination. As a general guide:

Mainland France: 2 to 5 business days
European Union: 4 to 10 business days

These times are provided as a general guide and may vary during periods of high volume.

Article 4 — Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are fixed and calculated based on your destination. The exact amount will be displayed when you confirm your order.

Article 5 — Order Tracking

A Colissimo tracking number will be sent to you by email as soon as your order is shipped. You can track your package directly on the La Poste website.

Article 6 — Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us as soon as possible at refection.upcycling@protonmail.com. We will file a claim with Colissimo and, depending on the situation, offer you either a replacement product or a full refund.
